How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage accounts, verify identity, process payments, deliver services, monitor trading programs, communicate with you, improve the platform, and provide support.
Trading data is used to track your progress through evaluation and funded phases, assess compliance with program rules, and calculate performance-based payouts. Certain aspects may involve automated evaluation based on objective trading criteria such as profitability and rule adherence.
We may use analytics, feedback, and usage data to understand how traders interact with the platform, identify issues, improve functionality, and develop new features or products.
With your consent, we may send marketing emails or offers related to Propsuite programs. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.
We monitor account activity to detect violations such as copy trading, hedging, arbitrage, or other prohibited practices, helping maintain a transparent and fair environment.
We will never sell your personal data. However, we may analyse and monetise aggregated or anonymised trading data that does not identify individual users.
Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and protect legitimate business interests.
For active accounts, we retain personal data while the account remains open so we can operate the account, process payments, verify identity, manage trading activity, and provide support.
When an account is closed, we keep limited data for a reasonable period for legal, tax, compliance, dispute, chargeback, audit, or regulatory purposes.
KYC and compliance records are retained for as long as required under financial compliance and anti-fraud obligations. Transaction and accounting data is kept for the duration required by law.
Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. Technical and log data is typically retained for shorter periods to monitor performance, detect security issues, and improve user experience.

Certain employees, consultants, and independent contractors may access personal information when needed for customer support, technical maintenance, compliance checks, or account management. They are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
We work with trusted third parties including payment processors, KYC verification providers, hosting providers, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, and communication systems.
If you register through an affiliate or referral link, we may share limited information such as your name or account ID to confirm referral and process commission. We do not share trading or financial data beyond what is necessary.
We may share information if required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities. We may also disclose information to protect rights, prevent fraud, or enforce Terms and Conditions.
If Propsuite undergoes a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, information may be transferred as part of that process. Any successor entity will be bound by this Policy.
