Propips ("Brand") operates this website and provides customer-facing services as a representative of Propsuite Commercial Broker FZCO ("Propsuite"). All purchases are made through the Brand, and all customer support is handled through the Brand's support channels.
We want to make sure every trader understands how our payments and fees work before making a purchase. Our programs and services involve immediate setup, access to trading systems, and account activation once payment is received. Because of this, all payments made on our platform are final and non-refundable.
This Refund Policy explains how payments are handled, what happens in case of technical issues or duplicate charges, and how you can contact us if you have any questions about your payment. Please read this carefully before you make any purchase on our website.
No Refunds: All payments made to Brand / Propsuite are final. Once you purchase an evaluation, challenge, or any related product or service, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cases where you change your mind, fail a challenge, violate trading rules, or do not use the service after purchase. If your account is terminated or restricted due to a breach of rules or prohibited trading behavior, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Evaluation Fees: The evaluation fee is a one-time payment that grants you access to our simulated trading challenge. This fee covers account setup, technology use, and administrative costs. Because access is provided immediately after payment and involves allocation of system resources, refunds are not possible once the account has been created. All Propsuite products are digital in nature, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel or withdraw under consumer protection laws does not apply.
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue such as being unable to log in or an account not being properly created, you must contact our support team within 24 hours at support@propsuite.com. Our team will investigate and, if the issue is found to be caused by a system error on our end, we will repair or replace the account at no extra cost. Technical issues do not qualify for a refund.
Unauthorised Payments or Fraud: If a payment was made without your authorisation, you must contact your payment provider or bank immediately to initiate a dispute. Propsuite Commercial Broker FZCO is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use of your card, payment account, or crypto wallet.
Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order, please contact support@propsuite.com within 7 days. After verifying our records, Propsuite will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction only, using the same payment method used for purchase. Crypto payments are non-reversible and cannot be refunded once confirmed on the blockchain.
Chargebacks and Disputes: Filing a chargeback after purchasing any service violates this Refund Policy. If you file an unjustified chargeback, Propsuite reserves the right to permanently suspend your account, deny future access, and recover any processing costs or fees related to the dispute. Chargeback abuse may also be reported to payment processors or relevant authorities.
Non-Transferability: Purchased accounts or services are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who registered the account. Any attempt to transfer ownership or access to another person will void your account and all related rights.
System Abuse or False Claims: Propsuite reserves the right to review platform data and activity logs for any refund or technical claims. Any evidence of misuse, automation, unauthorised access, or false reporting will result in immediate account termination and loss of access without refund.
Platform Closure Exception: In the unlikely event Propsuite permanently ceases its operations before activating your purchased challenge, you may request a refund for that specific unused service. Refunds will only apply to purchases not yet activated or accessed.
Governing Law: This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied within the Emirate of Dubai.
Policy Updates: Propsuite may update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect business, legal, or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after such updates means you agree to the revised terms.
