THE PERSON BEHIND PROPIPSFOUNDER’S STORY
Founder of ProPips

A trader first.
A trader at heart.

I love the markets. The ups, the downs,
and everything they teach you.

I didn’t start ProPips because the world needed another prop firm. I started it because traders deserve clearer rules, honest communication and a company that listens.

My story

Before the business.
There was the trader.

My connection to the markets is personal. It is where the thinking behind ProPips begins.

Before there was a brand to build or a platform to develop, there was a genuine love of trading. That hasn’t changed.

I love the markets for the challenge they present. The ups, the downs and the fact that there is always something more to understand. Trading keeps asking questions of you: how you think, how you respond and whether you can stay disciplined when things don’t go the way you expected.

For me, being a trader isn’t only about the outcome of a trade. It is about the process behind it. The preparation, the decisions and the willingness to look honestly at what you could do better. There is no point pretending that every day feels the same or that progress follows a straight line.

That is why I care about the person behind the account. A set of numbers doesn’t tell you everything about the effort someone has put in, the frustration they are working through or how seriously they are trying to improve.

I don’t want becoming a founder to distance me from that reality. I want my experience as a trader to keep shaping the questions I ask: would this make sense to someone using the platform? Is the information clear? Are we listening properly?

I’m building a business.
But I’m still a trader at heart.

The story behind ProPips

Built out of frustration.
Driven by belief.

Not a desire to run just any company. A determination to build one that puts traders at its centre.

I didn’t start ProPips because I wanted to run a company. I started it because I was tired of seeing traders treated unfairly.

As a trader, I’d seen the same frustrations come up again and again: unclear rules, slow payouts, restrictions that weren’t obvious at the start, and communication that left people with more questions than answers.

What frustrated me was the gap between what traders were being promised and how they felt when they needed an explanation or support. Trading is demanding enough. Understanding the company you have chosen to trade with shouldn’t become another challenge.

I knew how much traders put into this. The time, the focus, the setbacks and the effort it takes to keep improving. I believed the companies serving them should take that commitment seriously.

ProPips came from that frustration—but it also came from belief. Belief that a prop firm could be fair, transparent and built around the trader, rather than leaving them feeling that the system was working against them.

That doesn’t mean removing responsibility from trading or pretending that everyone will pass a challenge. It means making the expectations clear, explaining the conditions and treating people with respect when the conversation is difficult as well as when it is easy.

I wanted to create something that understood the person behind the account. A place built around community, fresh ideas and the opportunity for skill to be recognised. Not a promise that trading would be easy, but a commitment to make the experience clearer and more human.

For me, community means more than an audience for a brand. It means people being able to ask questions, challenge our thinking and contribute ideas. Traders, creators and community owners all bring perspectives that can help us build something more useful.

That is the thinking behind ProPips. The challenge now is to make sure those beliefs show up in the everyday experience—not just in the words on this page.

That is why I started ProPips.
And it is why I keep building.

What building has taught me

Trust isn’t a promise.
It’s what you do next.

Building ProPips has taught me that trust doesn’t come from flashy promises or the biggest discount. It comes from the quieter moments.

01

Answer the
difficult questions.

Clear rules and honest communication matter most when the answer isn’t simple. I want traders to understand where they stand, not have to guess.

02

Listen when
it’s uncomfortable.

When traders are frustrated, the response should be to listen, understand and look at what needs to change. Feedback has to mean more than something we ask for.

03

Do what you
said you would do.

Fixing what isn’t working and following through are how trust is earned. That is the standard I’ll keep pushing ProPips towards every day.

Building in public

We’re still early.
We’re building together.

Every trader who has supported ProPips so far is part of the foundation we’re laying.

We’re still growing. We’re still learning. I won’t pretend that the journey is finished or that there is nothing left to improve.

ProPips is being built in public, with traders at the centre of the decisions we make. That means sharing the journey, listening to the people using the platform and being honest about the work still ahead.

My ambition is to build a business that deserves its community’s trust. Not through hype or shortcuts, but through the choices we make and the way we treat people, day after day.

ProPips is here for the traders.
I’m here to prove it.

Be part of the journey

This is only the beginning.

If you’re a trader, creator or community owner who believes the industry can do better, I’d love you to be part of what we’re building.
